    What is a credit card deposit?

    This is the amount allocated by the customer to cover any expenses arising from the rental. This amount is a pre-authorization on the credit card that will be requested from the card administrator at the beginning of the rental period and will be cancelled when the contract is signed. The time period for releasing the limit will depend on the bank that issued the credit card.

    When does the rental company pre-authorize?

    Pre-authorization is always done when collecting the vehicle.

    What are the payment methods?

    We accept credit or debit cards, Multibanco, Mb Way, Pix (BR), Zelle (USA) and bank transfer.

    Do the vehicles have 24-hour assistance?

    Yes, all DESLOCAR vehicles have 24-hour assistance. If the car you rented has broken down, or if there is a mechanical or electrical failure, the first step is to report the incident to the company, identifying the location and address so that we can provide you with all possible assistance.

    What is required to rent a vehicle?

    To rent a vehicle, you must be over 21 years old, present a DRIVER'S LICENSE valid for more than 2 years and present a credit card in the renter's name to block the card through pre-authorization.

    Do the vehicles have third party insurance?

    Yes, our vehicles have third party insurance that must be purchased at the time of rental.

    What happens if the leased vehicle receives a traffic ticket?

    As soon as we receive the infraction, we identify the contract for the period. The contract contains a power of attorney for fines that authorizes us to identify the driver and charge the registered credit card.
