How far in advance should I book a transfer?

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. However, we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability on the desired date and time.

How can I book a transfer?

Reservations can be made quickly and easily through our website or via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my reservation? Is there a refund?

Yes, cancellation is possible. Our refund policy is:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are 100% refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 30% fee of the total amount (No-Show).

How does the transfer payment work?

To guarantee the reservation, a 30% advance payment is required.

The remainder can be paid directly to the driver in cash (euros) at the start of the service.

If the customer prefers to pay by card, bank transfer, or other means, payment must be made in full at least 48 hours before the service.

Are transfers private or shared?

All our transfers are private, ensuring greater comfort, safety, and flexibility for customers.

Are there additional fees for credit card payments?

No, there is no additional cost for credit card payments.

Do the drivers speak English?

All drivers speak Portuguese. Although they are not fluent in English, they are able to communicate well with customers.

Do minivans have enough space for bulky luggage?

Yes, minivans have adequate space for large suitcases and sports equipment. However, we recommend that customers contact us in advance so we can assess the amount of luggage to be transported.

Are child seats available?

Yes, we have child seats available. The first child seat is free of charge (subject to availability). From the second child seat onwards, there will be an additional charge, also subject to availability.

Do transfers operate 24 hours a day?

Yes, our services are available 24 hours a day, and there is no additional fee for nighttime hours.

Does Deslocar offer vehicle rentals without a driver?

Yes! We offer car rental without a driver (Rent-a-Car). Currently, this service is only available at our Viseu store, with pick-up and drop-off at the location.

Do prices already include taxes and fees?

Yes! All our transfer service prices include VAT, fuel, and tolls.
